• Cancellation and Rescheduling:
  We understand that life can be unpredictable; however, to respect Terra's time and the time of other clients, we ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• Late Cancellations: If a session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the session cost may apply. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a 100% fee at Terra’s discretion.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session may be considered a late cancellation and may incur the same fees outlined above. Please keep in mind that Terra’s schedule is thoughtfully arranged to serve as many clients as possible. Respecting this policy ensures a fair and balanced approach for everyone seeking guidance.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may apply at Terra’s discretion for extenuating circumstances or technical issues.

• All information shared during sessions is confidential. Terra is committed to maintaining your privacy and will not disclose personal information unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
